基于多分类融合的城市可持续发展综合评价研究

摘要：城市可持续发展综合评价研究是判断一个城市是否处于可持续发展过程及状况，为制定城市可持续发展规划和实施可持续发展战略提供基本依据。从经济状况、社会状况、环境状况和支撑能力等四个方面构造了城市可持续发展指标体系；通过将城市可持续发展的评价指标看作分类器，从而将城市可持续发展综合评价问题转化为多信息融合问题。应用多分类器融合规则建立了城市可持续发展综合评价的模型和方法。实证分析结果，表明了该方法在城市可持续发展综合评价中的可行性、有效性和优越性。

The study of synthesis appraisal research based on multi- classified fusion city sustainable development

Abstract: The city sustainable development synthesis appraisal research judges a city whether is in the sustainable developing process and its condition, for formulates the city sustainable development to plan and implements the sustainable developmental strategy to www.steelbee.net provide the basic basis. From economical condition, social condition, environment condition and strut ability and so on four aspects structures city sustainable development target system. Through regards the city sustainable development appraisal target as the sorter, thus it transforms the city sustainable development synthesis appraisal question as the multi-information fusion question. Applied the multi-sorters fusion rule to establish the city sustainable development synthesis appraisal model and the method. The real diagnosis analysis result, has indicated this method in the city sustainable development synthesis appraisal feasibility, the validity and the superiority.
