Innovating Bureaucracy Communication in Enterprises

Abstract
By means of the information-exchanging network, information technology goes into every corner of the society, which brought the great changes in the allocation of society resources and enterprises' production and management. Information technology has made the communications easier and easier ( in another word make the world a smaller village) while the internet has provided enterprises huge development room. Herein I would like to give further discussion and analysis in the topic whether or how help enterprises deal with internal communications depending on information technology, I will give emphasis on how to deal to communication obstacles caused by bureaucracy in enterprises.
Contents of the thesis is as following:
Part ⅠGiving brief introduction of the ideas that serious bureaucracy still exists and spawns in enterprises, that the existence of bureaucracy will lead to less communications and contacts at different levels and among different departments, speed up the waste of enterprises resources and lower the operating efficiency, the most serious consequences is as the top management level is out of practice and would not listen to the words form his staffs it may be give rise to mistakes in the operating and strategies of enterprises. How to deal with the bureaucracy in enterprises? According to the author, it can be defeated with the help of Enterprise Information Management Technology and to build enterprises' information management platform.
Part ⅡGiving analysis to the benefits brought by information management system for enterprises. The application of modern information management system will make enterprises' external environment expansion a virtual component of the enterprises. The external environment gets full expansion and development and a quite number of relative enterprises can be connected based on the modern information technology, thereby effectively decreased the resource waste and transaction cost coming from different enterprises, simplify the management work flow, eliminate the block and ineffective execution of instructions generally existing in traditional work flow so as to improve the management efficiency of enterprises; with the aid of powerful information management software, enterprises can take the initiative to select and check information instead of passive receiving information. Information technology makes it possible for enterprises to acquire news update without geographical restriction; enterprises can achieve effective and quick information communication with their branches located in the country or abroad.
