In the past ten years, with the gradually development of the reforms in the educational material of primary school and secondary school and the increasingly deepening research on curriculum theories, the views on the curriculum design of the primary school and secondary school has been gratifyingly changed in China. However, it is not developed evenly. There still remains the divergence in the views on curriculum design between those curriculum designing staff of Chinese primary school and secondary school. Therefore, it is still an important task to strengthen the construction of the view on curriculum design, which the curriculum designers of the primary school and secondary school are facing during their work.
