I have known the applicant for four years since he joined Round-The-World Logistics Co. Ltd in 2003. I was the general manager at that time. His self-confidence and problem-solving abilities left a deep impression on me. I came to know him at a meeting: there was something wrong with the projector; he volunteered to fix the problem. I still remember the confident look on his face.

The applicant is proactive and self-confident. He is also a good communicator with nice presentation skills. When we started our new company, he has closed several initial deals with his talents which build a good foundation for the future development. I see his ambition to grow the company.
His new company is expanding very fast, yet he is lack of experience and knowledge in managing a big company. I myself is an MBA of Maryland University, I know what we can benefit from an MBA program, I am sure he will also become a better leader if he has this chance.

The major achievement the applicant has made is his career development: from a fresh graduate to a mature manager. Within nine months, we have expanded to six big cities such as Fuzhou, Ningbo and Xiamen and so on. He is easy going with a strong sense of humor. Everyone would like to keep him within the team.
