摘 要
当今世界，竞争生存压力增强，人们更易受种种社会波动而出现心理失衡，从而出现心理危机。当今社会主义市场经济条件下的企业家肩负着更的重任，也就更承受着超乎常人的压力。这些压力有的是来自外部世界的巨大变化，有的是来自于企业家自身素质的变化，这些压力处理不好，就容易导致企业家心理危机的出现。本文试对企业家心理危机进行全面分析，并从伦理角度探求解决之道。
本文在第一章中首先分析了企业家的概念，对研究对象进行了定位，其次，分析了什么是心理危机的概念和处理方法，从而递进到企业家心理危机这一话题，并进而对企业家心理危机的表现和危害做了分析。本章的最后对经济伦理的定义和基本理论作了分析，为下文做了理论铺垫。
本文在第二章中首先讨论了中国企业家的文化特征和精神素质，从而展开了对企业家心理危机根源的全面分析，主要从三个层次（宏观、中观、微观），从七个方面对造成企业家心理危机的原因进行了分析，认为社会矛盾的压力分解及传递、传统伦理与市场经济的不吻合、企业家与资本增殖的现实矛盾、缺乏稳定的文化价值观念、市场风险带来的压力、情感处理不当及社会心理认同缺乏、企业家的原罪意识及不规范经营是造成企业家心理危机的根源，并分别做了分析。
本文在第三章中认为，社会环境压力固然是外因，但企业家伦理素质匮乏是重要的内因，外因通过内因而起作用造成企业家的不健康的心理状况，并结合四个关系（人与自我、人与他人、人与社会、人与物），从七个方面探索了企业家心理危机的伦理出路。认为应从提高企业家自身修养和抵御市场风险的能力、树立适合企业家发展的价值观念和文化理念、建立企业家的交流系统平台、经常进行身心检查建立心理危机预警监控机制、建立利他意识、建立自觉的社会责任意识、树立正确的财富伦理观这样几个方面来考察出路问题。
全文最后得出结论，企业家必然要从经济人向现实道德人跃进作出抉择，才是解决心理危机的必由之路。

Abstract
Nowadays , along with the competition pressure strengthen, the people alter to be subjected to various society motion and the mental state to be out of balance, thus the psychological crisis appears. Nowadays under the socialism market economy condition of the entrepreneur bear the heavy responsibility than ever before and also bear more pressure than the ordinary people.These pressures come from the the huge variety of exterior world and the character of the entrepreneur themself. If its processing is not good, it may be cause the entrepreneur psychological crisis easily.This essay tries to analize the psychological crisis of entrepreneur overall , and investigate the solution from the ethics angle.
This essay analyze the concept of the entrepreneur first in chapter 1, carrying on the fixed position to the research object, secondly, analyze what is a concept of psychological crisis and the handle method, thus passing to the topic of psychological crisis of entrepreneur, and analyze to the performance and harm of psychological crisis of entrepreneur. The end of this chapter makes the analysis to the definition and basic theorieses of the economy ethics.
