中文摘要
本文首先在引言里叙述了中国需要外汇期货来规避风险，然后详细介绍了外汇期货期货的定义、和发展、与远期外汇的关系。并给出了期货及外汇期货合约的价格与定价模型、外汇期货的套期保值。接着分析了我国期货市场的现状，从期货市场的结构、市场规模、主要创新措施、法规建设、和我国农产品期货市场的现状五个方面对其进行分析，特别是目前我国农民有组织的参与期货市场及对农产品进行套其保值的活动正在加快。最后对在我国开展外汇期货交易的必要性、可行性进行了探讨。外汇期货是交易双方约定在未来某一时间，依据现在约定的比例 ，一种货币交换另一种货币的标准化合约的交易。它是金融期货中最早出现的品种。

Abstract
First of all, this paper recites that china needs foreign exchange avoiding risk, then introduces the definition of foreign exchange raising and development, and connection with forward exchange trading particular. After that, It presents the purchase money theory and model of future and exchange future, foreign exchange hedging, then analysis Chinese future market’s actuality from future’s configuration, market scale, major new measures, statute construct and farm produce future five aspects, especially, Chinese organized farmer are joining in future market rapidly to make farm produce hedging , at last, It discusses about developing foreign exchange future of necessary, feasibility. Foreign exchange is that trade fairs merchants contracted normally for deferred delivery of foreign exchange at a proportion and date agreed to in advance.
